implement backend skeleton with MongoDB and Claude AI integration

- Add utility modules for JWT and password handling

- Configure routes with proper endpoint structure
- Update app.ts with dependency injection setup
- Add required dependencies: mongoose, bcrypt, jsonwebtoken, @anthropic-ai/sdk
